3 Bedroom Cabin in Strawberry
Our cabin is brand new with all high end amenities. If you're looking to kayak, sled, hike, peaceful family time, a romantic get away or just some good old fashioned R & R, you've come to the right place. Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath is comfortably nestled next to the Tonto National Forest and has a fully fenced yard! It's simply a slice of heaven.
For all Strawberry and Pine have to offer, be sure not to miss the hiking at fossil creek, the tonto natural bridge, the honey stand, Old County Inn for the best pizza around, Pinewood Tavern and the chalet if you're looking for that dive bar experience.
The House Manual is to treat our cabin as your own, respect it and kindly leave it the way you found it. The staples of flour, sugar, coffee and spices are provided, everything else please bring with. We suggest stopping in Payson at the Walmart for most of your shopping or bring it up from the valley. In a pinch, there is Ponderosa market 3 miles away in Pine. If you use any additional supplies, please be kind and replace it.
Fire wood is not included in the price, we suggest you stop in Payson and grab a few bundles. Please ensure you know how to operate the fire place.
NO PETS are allowed under any circumstances.
There is a first aid kit in the master bedroom vanity and fire extinguisher on site in the garage, please familiarize yourself with the location of these.
The Jeep in the garage is off limits due to liability reasons.
The grill is propane and must be wheeled out of the garage to solid ground for safe operation. If out, simply refill at Taylors in Pine.
The TVs are equipped with smart technology and have Netflix, Hulu and Amazon, as well as cable tv. You can stream or use chrome cast, the internet and wifi passcode are contained in the house manual. There are 3 exterior cameras aimed only at the fence line.
Please place dirty laundry in laundry basket in the laundry room. Remove all trash place and place in the exterior bin and roll the receptacle to the curb, it is picked up weekly on Friday early am. Please load the dishwasher and start, press 2 x to hear it start.
The Max per reservation is 4 people and there is a charge for additional guests up to 6, and there are NO pets allowed (except service animals with papers), please note I do have pets that live on the property when I am there.
If you are found to have pets on my property, my neighbors and outside surveillance will show it, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
Lastly A new smart lock technology has been installed as of August 2019, three days prior to your check the Kēvo key card will be emailed to the address on file and must match the registered email in your account. This key works upon check-in date and time and is disabled at your reservation checkout time
