This is a well designed studio apartment that is attached to a recording studio. Guests will have their own entrance, secured with a unique code for each stay. The studio apartment is completely separate from the recording studio, so guests will be able to enjoy the benefits of the location without having to share any common areas.
In order to provide an efficient space for guests, the closet has been completely renovated into a fully functioning kitchenette area, which includes a fridge, sink, microwave and coffee bar. We also provide plates, cups, mugs and silverware. We provide two additional single sized rollaway beds with a memory foam mattress to accommodate additional guests.
For our guests traveling in for work, we do provide a work station with a desk.
There is a back deck, which also provides space for guests to sit and enjoy coffee.
