Welcome to Pleasant Peak, a gorgeous 2026 new build in Massanutten. Every inch of the home is designer-decorated and uses high end finishes for a luxurious experience. With 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the house sleeps 16 comfortably. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, sauna, firepit area, outdoor dining, and ample lounge seating. Inside is an open floor plan on the main level with soaring ceilings, plus a large game room downstairs and a loft upstairs. Managed by New School Hosting.
The house is in a great area in Massanutten! We are about a 7 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten, 4 minutes to the spa, and just 5 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 20 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house.

- The back deck features a lounge area with couch and chairs. From there, you can go down a few steps to the gas firepit surrounded by adirondack chairs in a wooded setting (propane provided)
- The side and front deck features outdoor dining set for 8, gas grill (propane provided), and a few other chairs along the front of the house
- Lower deck currently features a barrel sauna and hot tub
Main level (2 shallow steps from driveway to enter):
- Open concept space with living, dining, and kitchen all flowing naturally together, with soaring A-frame ceiling
- Living room features sectional couch, a big screen smart TV, and electric fireplace
- Dining table seats 8- note that 4 more can dine at the kitchen island
- Kitchen is fully stocked and features new stainless appliances, modern styling, and plenty of counter / cabinet space
