Built on what were sugar fields in the early 20th century, Sugar Hollow, is a beautiful log cabin situated on 8 acres. The private pool and pond are just icing on the cake - the main house will pull you in and the serenity will win you over. You will never want to leave!
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite and large walk in closet with washer and dryer. A secondary bedroom has a beautiful full sized bed with its own ensuite bath and walk-in shower. A third bedroom has a queen sized bed with a modified jack-n-jill bathroom that is shared with the 4th bedroom. This 4th bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins.
The living room and dining room are well appointed with a large, comfy sofa, big-screen tv and a beautiful double fireplace. A queen size mattress is tucked inside a chair also in the living room. The HUGE kitchen is outfitted with all stainless appliances. Coffee makers, toaster, microwave and all necessary cooking and eating utensils are provided.
We also provide linens for the beds and towels.
The inground pool and cabana area are perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. The pond provides a beautiful backdrop to the entire property and is always home to a host of birds, duck and other animals. A gas grill and small refrigerator are also located at the pool cabana. A cute firepit area is adjacent to the pool.
Are you arriving late? Let us stock your fridge. Our business partner, Little Mountain Unlimited Antique Mall and Café can provide you with food and drink upon request. No need to worry, or go to bed hungry. We’ve got you covered. The café is open 11-3 daily; and Possums Coffee Shop is also open for your early morning coffee fix. Both are a very short walk away.
Pets are welcome, and detailed information about walking areas is located in the house and available upon arrival. The cabin is private but still located in a residential area. We ask that everyone respect the nearby neighbors and strictly enforce a no house party rule.
