Amazing outdoor space with all the comforts you need inside, plus lake access and exclusive use of a dual private boat dock with swim platform! Your pets are welcome here and you just won't find a more breathtaking view on this side of the lake!! We have 2 cozy bedrooms - with a full bed in each. One and a half bathrooms includes a shower and a tub. An eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave and full size refrigerator plus an outdoor grill for all that good summertime grilling! We have an outdoor firepit, covered parking and space for additional parking. Wifi and laundry are here for your convenience. There are approximately 110 steps to the water pending lake level, though pick up and drop off of boat passengers is also an option at Indian River Marina (0.3 miles).
