Private Sunapee 2 bed 1 bath residence in a wonderful location! Only 0.6 miles from the harbor shops and 3.4 miles from Mt Sunapee. Enjoy nearby access to all Sunapee has to offer including skiing, boating, beaches, beautiful fall colors and local shopping! The house is suitable for up to 6 guests but we recommend no more than 4 adults.
The A Frame is located on a quiet street with a wooded lot. Guests have access to the entire home with a private entrance and two spacious decks.
-Perfect for a family, couples, staycations or a weekend getaway
-Kitchen is well stocked with brand new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster)
-Large back deck and private deck off Master bedroom
-We supply all bed linens, bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and trash bags.
-2 bedrooms with king (and TV in master), full size and queen pull out sofa bed
-Beds furnished with 5-star rated Zinus memory foam mattresses
-WiFi, basic cable and two smart TVs provided
-Charcoal grill is available for use (guest will supply charcoal)
-The interior staircase is steep and may not be suitable for all guest or young children.
-There is a long staircase down from the driveway to enter the home, it may not be suitable for all guests.
Guests will have access to the entire home and surrounding property. The main floor on the home consists of kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, dining room, bathroom, laundry closet, bedroom with full bed. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with closet and private deck. The water heater closet is locked.
Parking: There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. Street parking in front of the property is strictly prohibited, vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
Window Coverings: The top three windows on the living room wall do not have blinds or window coverings.
Utilities: The home has a septic system so please use a septic safe toilet paper.
Children: We do not recommend the home for children under 5 because it is not child proofed and the spiral staircase may be dangerous for small children.
Snow Removal: snow removal service will be provided for 3 or more inches of snow. Shovels & salt/sand are available at the property for use by guests as needed.
