Bright and Airy, well-furnished upstairs 2Br flat in duplex. Located in the historic Old West Side. Located 4 blocks from UM stadium, 1 mile from downtown, and 1.5 miles from central campus.

For those coming to Ann Arbor on business, there is plenty of table space to sprawl out and craft your great ideas. For those visiting Ann Arbor for pleasure, it is a comfortable flat to relax or simply use as a jumping off point for your daily activities.
Our home is a duplex. The upstair flat is yours to enjoy. There is a separate entrance. The units consists of two bedrooms, one kitchen, one dining room, and one living room as well as a balcony accessed through the lavender room.
Our house is an older house with a lot of character (built in 1927), with modern upgrades of course. As such, you'll find interesting tidbits around the house including laundry chute, a milk door, valances for oil lamp.
Old West Side is an historic Ann Arbor residential neighborhood. Beautiful Allmendinger Park is located one block away. Groceries are a short 5-7 minute drive away.
There is ample on-site parking. We are located near two city bus routes (aka The Ride). Also Uber operates throughout Ann Arbor. For those who don't desire motorized transport, Main Street is just a one mile walk through beautiful historic neighborhoods.
