1900 sq ft open-concept apartment offers balcony with mountain view, full kitchen, wide-plank knotty pine floors, covered parking, and the fastest internet available in the area, prepared by experienced local hosts. On Jamaica's main road, so we're the first plowed out in a big storm. If you want a private base in an easy-access spot, this is it!
The clean open-concept apartment features a well-equipped kitchen and balcony. Family-friendly amenities include the best WiFi the area offers, 2 TVs (1 with Roku and DVD player), board games, and a big back yard. The entrance is up a steep set of stairs, see pictures. There is a large carport for covered parking reserved for guests, and ample space to keep your skis and boards downstairs in the barn so you don't have to haul them up the stairs.
The apartment is above our family business, a tree service, so there is a large garage downstairs and big trucks out back. This is great for little kids who are into trucks (or big kids for that matter), but it certainly impacts the mountain valley ambience of the backyard. Otherwise there is also plenty of space to run around or throw a frisbee out back in the field. As it is above a business, there is potential for weekday noise sometimes.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is only 1 bathroom.
There is central heat from a wood-burning furnace, with an oil furnace as backup.
There is a large wall-unit AC in the living space that cools the whole place well, as well as a ceiling fan and stand fans in the bedrooms.
