Step inside to an open concept living, dining and kitchen. Super large and ultra comfortable sectional and massive tv so everyone can enjoy a movie or sporting event. The kitchen with a breakfast bar is fully stocked so preparing a BBQ or meal is a breeze. You will want for nothing to cook or serve. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. Off the dining area and in the rear of the home, the master suite is cozy and zen like. The spa like bath with soaker tub, walk in shower, double sinks and large closet is en-suite with this king sized bedroom. There is a TV for your viewing pleasure. This popular split floor plan has 3 bedrooms down the hall. First is a twin bedroom with a treadmill for a quick workout. Second bedroom has a queen bed and office space for those that needs to work from home. The third bedroom has a Full/Twin bunk perfect for kids or teens.
Outside is magical. Everything is centered around the outdoor fireplace behind the amazing large optional heated pool. Swim year round and enjoy lounging in the AZ sunshine too. There is also a very relaxing outdoor living room that is used for outdoor dining and cocktails too.

A great neighborhood featuring 20 parks, one for about 100 homes, all done in a master planned setting. The neighborhood parks feature basketball courts, ramadas, barbeques, and tot lots with shade structures. Aquatic center with splash pad for small children, separated from 7000 square foot pool. A second pool opened in the northern part of the community in order to serve the high demand for swimming. The main pool area has separate restroom facilities, a clubhouse with kitchen and a giant sail shade structure covers half of the gigantic pool to protect residents from the sun.
