Our Excellent 100% Positive Reviews from our all our previous guests, with one exception, are appreciated and speaks volumes. Any problems listed by last guest were appreciated and immediately addressed. Within days, we had a well-respected Company reset the hot water controls and independently, insured each step on each set of stairs were safely secure and certified that everything was 'good to go'! Then, fortunately, within the same week, our Annual Town Inspection was scheduled, which we passed successfully. We also have a Property Manager who resides less than a mile of 'Sunsets on the Bay', who are happy, with a proper sense of urgency to give assistance by fixing or bring in outside help if needed to address anything that will give 100% enjoyment to every one of our fine guests during their visit. Lastly, we have clarified and placed besides every shower an easy to view typed guide on "how to turn on the hot water" including what controls downstairs in the basement, to please not to touch, which will affect the pleasure of enjoying 'hot water' on as needed basis. This includes even when several guests come in from the Beach, other activity or for any reason at all, who wish to take showers at the same time.
