Summary: The room smelled like mold, there was mold around the tub and tile. You can tell the housekeeping staff didn't clean it . The General Manager made me wait to address my concerns with room keys and his stupid dog was barking at me the whole time. I have dogs but don't bring them to work. The young lady who worked during the day , her customer service was outstanding. She needs to be running the hotel.
