This 2 bedroom cottage features a full kitchen, 1 full bathrooms, and a large livingroom. With two queen size beds, as well as a couch, you can comfortably sleep up to 5 people.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the standard silverware / dishes / appliances, and includes a kitchen table with space to eat or to set up a laptop and work remotely. There is a large fridge, oven, coffee maker, and microwave available for your use, as well as some basic pantry supplies (cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc)
At nearly 667 square feet, you have room for your family to enjoy indoor activities if mother nature and weather conspire against you. There is a TV with cable available, as well as wireless internet.
The unit features heating and cooling options, so it is available year round. While summer is generally the prime season, visits during the cooler months can be an incredibly peaceful and enjoyable experience, as the complex is often otherwise deserted, providing peace and quiet. Reading a book on the couch, as snow falls during the winter, is a great way to unwind and otherwise enjoy the dreary months of the year!

The cottage is located on the South West corner of the complex, with parking available right outside the door.
It features a private, shaded deck, complete with a picnic table and a charcoal grill. Aside from this private deck, there are 4 total shared fire pits and decks that are available to all guests and owners in the Surfside complex, which you are welcome to use at any time.
The complex features approximately 500' of sandy beach on lake Huron, with a gentle slope, allowing fun and save swimming opportunities for the entire family. On the north side of the beach there is a volley ball net.
Further north, just past the neighboring "Surfside Heights" complex, you will find a beautiful public park, featuring boardwalks, beaches, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a paved walking/bike path running between the trees and the beach. If you keep a good look out, you may even spot strawberries, wintergreen, and edible beach peas growing along the path!
The Surfside complex also features many large interior green spaces, if you wish to get away from the sand and wind of the beach. There is a play structure for children, and open spaces for lawn chairs for you to enjoy shade under many mature oak and evergreen trees.
