Adjacent to this incredible kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 10 and a delightful living area with ample seating in front of a 65-inch TV. Conveniently located next to this wonderful space are a closeted washer and dryer with provided supplies, as well as a half bath.

Laundry facilities house necessary laundering items as well as extra cleaning supplies.

Quick drive to access Rt. 1 and I-95, Groton-New London airport, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
