Welcome to The Arnold! This 3 bed, 2 bath retreat possesses an inviting, open floor plan and is most definitely suitable for a large group or family! It features a luxurious kitchen that is an entertainer's dream with a massive quartz island, custom walk-in pantry, & stainless-steel appliances paired with a gas oven. Upon walking into this home, feel free to leave all your worries at the door when you stay at The Arnold!
As you approach the property and notice the contemporary black and white exterior of the home, the spacious garage with a pool table and ping pong table, and the quiet neighborhood enveloping the home, you will know you are in the right place. You will be sent a smart lock door code upon the day of your arrival to check in to the home.
Once walking into the house, immediately you will see the bright and airy space that welcomes you into the home. To the right lies the well-equipped kitchen ready to provide everything you’ll need to entertain your friends and family. Stocked with all the necessary amenities, brand-new appliances, and complimentary coffee. Feel free to use the walk-in pantry at your leisure to enjoy home-cooking at the home during your stay.
The living room includes a luxurious L-shaped sectional, towering windows facing the south wall, additional single seating, and a 65” smart TV. An excellent setting for relaxing with friends and family after a long day of busy traveling and fun activities. As you look to the same brightly lit south wall from the kitchen, you’ll see a decorated dining table that seats 8 people comfortably with blue upholstered chairs surrounding accompanying the exquisite wooden dining table. Enjoy the electric fireplace in the open-concept living room space by turning it on at night to cultivate the most perfect cozy ambiance, while watching your favorite shows or movies on the large smart TV mounted to the wall
Right down the hallway on the right-hand side, you’ll come across the full guest bathroom. It has brand new white tiling and features. Enjoy the bathtub and complimentary toiletries provided by our cleaning company for your comfort!
Down at the end of the hallway on the left, you’ll find a top-of-the-line washer and dryer equipped with all the laundry products you’ll need whether it is for a short, or long stay with us. Next door to the laundry room is the first guest bedroom. In the center of the room is a comfortable queen bed neatly appointed with laundered sheets and linens. Relax at the end of the day in this room with a walk-in closet to store your items and a wall-mounted TV across from the guest bed.
At the other end of the hallway is the walkway to the master suite. You’ll notice the relaxing cool tones of the master bedroom decorations and bed. Take advantage of the private access door to the outside patio space and or be at ease with a movie on the TV across from the master bed. Attached to the Master Suite is the master bathroom. A luxurious walk-in shower and full, walk-in closet await your opportunity to take a deep breath of relaxation in our home.
Finally, the outside back patio has a dining space with outdoor tables and chairs, and an additional seating area for guests. Please enjoy the gas grill and take pleasure in entertaining your friends or family on vacation! We look forward to hosting you in this home away from home.
