This is part of a 3-unit complex but has plenty of privacy (it is the red/brown barn in the outside picture). Private entrance, large private yard, private patio, and plenty of private parking.

Separate entrance with self-checkin. Back yard and parking is completely private but the front yard and driveway is shared with two other apartments. A section of the back parking lot (in front of the garden) is reserved for one of the other units so you might see cars parked there and please avoid parking in the section that says #2 parking.
