Family house in the heart of the village of La Couarde, in the center of the Ile de Ré. Rue de la Motte, 100m from the main street and 300m from the beach. The house is an authentic village house, with its main building (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom), an annex and its two courtyards. All the charm of the old. It can accommodate 6 people and offers traditional comfort. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. A summer dining room allows you to take your meals cool even when the sun is getting generous. An additional shower room (access from the outside) has many advantages when you come back from the beach and want to get rid of the sand. Very quiet since the house is located in a discreet street that only those who know the village take. Do not hesitate to consult the reviews on the house. Thank you.
PS 1 A family home, well equipped and welcoming, which we hold dear and which we continue to maintain with passion. (new parquet in the bathroom .. shutters same in the last bedroom)
