The "DreamCatcher" is a very private, single residence with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.There is a foldaway cot available for additional sleeping arrangements. It has a full sized kitchen, dining area and TV room all in one "great area". The kitchen has newer appliances but at this time there is no dishwasher. So bring paper plates if you prefer not to wash a lot of dishes. The TV room has a Roku TV and with the internet service that is provided, streaming a good movie is not a problem. There is a covered back porch for enjoying the privacy and beautiful views the "DreamCatcher" has to offer. Cook your meal on the gas grill located next to the covered patio.
The master bedroom and bath are off to themselves to afford a private "suite" with it's own access to the covered patio. It has a queen bed and TV (HDMI port) mounted on the wall. There is a DVD player so remember to bring some DVD's. The master suite is large enough for a small seating area.
The middle bedroom has a queen bed, TV (HDMI port) with a DVD player. It shares the Jack and Jill style bathroom with the small bedroom.
The small bedroom has a full bed and TV/DVD combination (HDMI port).
The Jack and Jill bathroom shares its space with the laundry facilities.
For the individuals that plan on fly fishing there is a wading rack mounted near the master bedroom patio door. There is also a large metal bucket for storing items such as cleats.
Just a short drive down a BLM road to your private, secluded getaway. Two sides of the property are bordered by BLM land which can be accessed from the property for hiking and watching of wildlife that wonders through. Bring your binoculars to spot the bald eagles that frequent the area around the "DreamCatcher". The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular to see right from the covered patio.
The circular driveway does provide enough space for bringing a boat if so desired.
Quality Waters of the San Juan River is just a short 2 mile drive and the Navajo Lake Marina is only 8 miles away.
