Summary: The property was unique, I did not explore as much as I wanted as I do not do well with stairs. But they did have a wheelchair ramp to the front door & one cottage with two separate areas which is where I stayed. I knew of the property when growing up in Kalamazoo in the 60’s - 80’s, so it was a nice gift to myself to stay here. So whether you are from the area or not & you want to stay in a beautiful home built in the 1800’s with all that charm with modern conveniences but not to many to ruin the ambience. I highly recommend you stay at the Henderson Castle for just a weekend or for that special occasion, you will not be disappointed!
