Located 10 minutes from the airport, this house is centrally located in the middle of the Dimond area- within walking distance to Costco, the Dimond Mall, Craft Row (a street of local breweries and distilleries), local restaurants, and bus stops. A gem of a home in a location perfect for walking & biking.
At the end of the neighborhood is a tennis court, Taku lake, and a network of trails.

The space:

You will feel like luxury when you bathe in the single person jetted tub that heats the water as you relax. Also featuring a wood burning fireplace, a record player and a home bar perfect for having a cozy night in.
With a large yard, outdoor fireplace, hammock, and a grill/smoker, you can enjoy a delicious dinner outside while relaxing in the middle of town.
With this home being so close to the trails, having a nice after dinner walk has never been more convenient.

This home is full access except for the chest freezer, the large pantry in the kitchen, the front door closet and underneath the bar. Miscellaneous homesteading materials and food supplies are kept in these areas, therefore are locked. Everything else is full access, including 5 kitchen cabinets and a pull out spice drawer, the fridge/freezer, a kitchen island, a lazy Susan, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and the outdoor area.
Other things to note:
Comfort and security is the top-most priority. This is a dog friendly listing. There is a large, fenced in yard for four legged friends and a large air purifier to keep everything fresh. Please respect this space as if it were your own - I aim to keep this a comfortable space for all guests and offer a lot of leniency in order to accomodate that.
