Summary: Our overall stay was great however check-in was a fiasco. We had 2 back to back reservations for total 5 nights and it created drama throughout our stay. Maybe new employees? Not sure. But the room was large, very clean and welcoming, lots of storage, a stocked bathroom. Bed was comfy, pillows flat as a pancake though. Pet friendly and there was a large pet bed, bowls, treats and waste bags in the room (there us a nightly pet fee though). Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, terrific winery down the street. Great location to hiking, waterfalls, golf and snow sports in the winter. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
