Fully renovated 2 bed 1 bath home. Side B of the duplex. Will sleep up to 6! HUGE DECK with fantastic views of the river and dock great for fishing. Great outdoor space with separate fire pit for your unit! Huge game room with air hockey, foosball, darts, bag toss, ping pong and more + movie room with projector in the shared basement. 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards included with your stay! Central location in Oconto with short walk or ride to all the city has to offer.

Oconto is a family friendly small town "Up North" almost completely surrounded by water. We have the Oconto River flowing through the town into Lake Michigan.
A key code will be provided for self check in to the property.
This listing is for side B of the duplex. I have two other listings related to this property. One is for the entire property, the other is for side A of the duplex.
Bright and sleek, our home is completely renovated with comfort in mind. Bedrooms are spacious as is the kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out. Take your choice of the outdoor deck (right off the kitchen) or the fire pit in the back yard. Don't forget to bring your boat and tie up at the dock right on the property! Just a few minute boat ride to lake Michigan and about 30 mins to get to door county by boat.
**2 stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks included with your stay**
Kitchen - Large space that includes a HUGE kitchen table (seats 8), refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Living Room -flat screen TV, sectional couch (can be used for extra sleeping arrangements) and a queen floor mattress with portable bed frame (kept in the closet but can be set up in the living room).

Outdoor Deck - Large patio table with seating for 6, 8 extra patio chairs to be used on the deck or by the fire pit, 2 lounge chairs and a private charcoal grill for outdoor cooking (each side of the duplex has their own grill).
Backyard - Fire pit with views of the river, boat dock for dockside fishing or tying up your boats, kayaks, etc. and an oversized parking lot that is shared with the other side (extra parking available on the street for free as well). 2 Kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards available for use!!
Located in the heart of Oconto right on the river! Great for floats down the river, packer games, fishing tournaments, little league baseball tournaments, 26 places to visit on the national historic registry and much more!
Bucky's Limousine Service is available for transportation to events in Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding areas. Great option for Packers Games!!
Oconto Water Fun Rentals provides fishing and pontoon boat rentals right in town for use on the river or out on the bay.
Please keep in mind that when booking one side of the duplex, shared spaces with the other half of the duplex will be deck, dock and basement game area.
Due to it being a shared space, basement game room hours are 10am - 6pm unless both sides of the property agree to extend the hours.
Please tandem park pulling straight in towards the river in the parking lot so that the other side has ample parking spaces as well.
The best way to get around Oconto is by car or walking. It's about a half mile to the grocery store and about 1 mile to the downtown area with a boutique store called Olive & Birch and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main.
