This amazing home has been featured in design magazines and is a well known staple in the area. It is conveniently located home right off Keystone Avenue on the north side of Indianapolis.
The main home is 3200 sq ft including 4 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queen) and 3.5 bathrooms.
Open concepts, 15' ceilings with skylights, and large windows breathe life into this home. The main floor includes the living area, dining table, conveniently stocked kitchen, half bath, and laundry. A balcony facing the woods is accessible off the main living room.
The second floor includes three full bathrooms and four bedrooms. Different textures and industrial materials make the second floor a unique experience of its own.
The attached studio has its own private entrance (please note there is no access between the two units on the interior). The 600 sq ft studio is just as eclectic and welcoming as the main floor. Two queen beds, one full bathroom, living area, desk, and kitchen add the perfect amount of additional living quarters.
Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.
