Welcome to The Woodland A-Frame! Built in 1965, our cozy cabin is located 20 mins from Stratton Mountain & Mt. Snow, and 30 mins from Bromley, & Magic Mountain! Vermont is a four-season state, allowing guests to enjoy the cabin anytime of year. Whether it's for fall foliage, winter activities, spring festivals, or a summer at the lake, we are happy to host you anytime during the year to experience your ideal Vermont getaway!
Pets welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet (two pet max).
Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along at the time of your booking!
Please note that this house does have two sets of steep steps, which may not be suitable for all guests. Please ensure you are comfortable climbing stairs prior to booking.
Per our listing, The Woodland A-Frame has a four-person limit per stay. Any guests above this limit will be charged $500 per person.
We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Woodland A-Frame'sfeatures, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
Jamaica is a wonderful artist community tucked away in the Green Mountains. Walk out the door for an adventure on the West River Trail. Jamaica State Park is only two miles from the tiny house.. The two state parks, Townshend and Jamaica, have numerous overlook trails and the West River offers kayaking, rafting and tubing. Gourmet dining and designer outlets are a close drive to Manchester, Vermont. Spend a day skiing on the slopes at one of the nearby ski resorts: Stratton, Bromley, Mount Snow, Magic Mountain, or Okemo. Don't forget to hike to the town's popular swimming holes: Hamilton and Pikes Falls. Come enjoy the outdoors!
Guests have use of the full house EXCEPT for the locked owner's closet in the basement.
The Woodland A-Frame is equipped with everything you'll need for an awesome Vermont getaway! The house offers two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen with four-burner gas stove and oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, midcentury fireplace, central AC (yes, really!), WiFi, shower and tub, Public Goods products, stylish and new midcentury decor throughout, outdoor area with deck, charcoal grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs...just to name a few features!
