THE SPACE:
You’ll not only love walking to everything Vancouver has to offer, but you'll also enjoy relaxing in our home's cozy, yet spacious atmosphere.
The quaint front porch welcomes you into a semi-open floor plan home arranged with a charming living room, a stylish family dining area, and a granite counter-top kitchen.
Our home includes three large bedrooms (2 upstairs/1 downstairs) one of which lies behind private French doors. All bedrooms are furnished with new queen plush mattresses for utmost comfort. There are 2 full bathrooms and several closets for storage. The upstairs nook also includes a semi-private twin plush bed to accommodate a 7th person. For reservations of 8 or 9 people, a queen air mattress is provided in the upstairs loft. Groups of 7 or less, however, may rent the air mattress at an extra $20/night for additional comfort if desired.
Kick back after a long day in our inviting living room, equipped with a 55” 4K Smart TV and your favorite movie streaming services. Families will also enjoy the collection of board games and toys available for their little ones.
The renovated kitchen has all the amenities needed for some light cooking, and plenty of cabinet space. You can also help yourself to coffee and related items! Free parking is always available on the private driveway (fits up to 3 cars). As noted in the list of amenities, we do not have a washer and dryer available at this time. Please keep this mind when booking, and thank you for your understanding.
Lastly, the neighborhood is fairly quiet with some families living nearby, so please keep loud music or noises to a minimum. Feel free to reach out with any questions about the home, and we look forward to hosting you!
Stroll around the area on foot or with a bike! There are quite a few bus routes available just a couple blocks away as well. Taking a little trip into Portland is also fun and easy by car, Uber/Lyft, bike or bus.
‣ There is a flight of stairs to go to the master bedroom and master bath upstairs, but baby gates are available for any guests who wish to use them.
‣ As noted on the list of amenities, we do NOT have a washer and dryer available at this time. Please keep this mind when booking, and thank you for your understanding.
‣ The twin bed upstairs is only prepared for groups of 7 guests. However, fresh linens are always provided for groups of 6 guests or less, should they choose to use the twin bed.
‣ The queen air mattress is only available for groups of 8-9 guests. Groups of 7 guests or less may rent the air mattress at an extra $20/night for additional comfort if desired. Contact host for more details.
‣ The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
