Back inside, a newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, with beautiful natural Brazilian Quartzite stone countertops, new appliances and new wood plank flooring provides all the essentials and more for cooking up a feast for a crowd. There's a professional-grade gas range, a built in refrigerator, built in "drawer" style microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for prepping. Serve up snacks or casual meals at the kitchen counter with bar stool seating, or drinks at the wet bar next to the kitchen.
For a game of pool and a delicious homemade cocktail, head into the den space upstairs where there is a pool table and a large bar for your ideal entertaining setup. There's also an expansive and sophisticated desk space for getting work done, complete with complimentary WiFi throughout the house. There's an additional finished room with a separate entrance, a Ping-Pong table, and a sofa.
With four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths total, this home will accommodate up to 16 people - perfect for large getaways with the family, multiple families, or friends who wish to lodge together yet maintain some privacy. There are three very spacious master suites with full bathrooms in each - one with a beautiful standalone bath tub.
You'll have 2 king-size beds, 6 queen-size beds throughout the four bedrooms, offering an abundance of space for everyone and even accommodating multi-family groups. Cedar beam ceilings throughout add a warm, cozy touch to this inviting family home.
In the mornings, enjoy relaxing walks through the backyard and trees on the spacious property. Head into town just a few miles away for groceries, shops, and coffee. Plus, Big Bear Village is a short drive away for more shopping.

• The cabin has a wood burning fire place in the living room. (firewood not provided) The other fireplaces are gas only no firewood needed.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.
• Identification will be required upon arrival.
House rules
• The maximum number of guests is 16. More than 16 guests in the home may result in asking you to leave, your deposit being forfeited, and/or an additional $100 charge for every extra guest.
• Quiet time begins at 10 PM. Please no excessive noise after this time. Any complaints made about the noise coming from the house after this time may result in a fine from the city that you will be responsible for paying and/or you may be asked to leave the cabin. Hot tub can only be used between 8am-10pm, it’s against city ordinance to use after 10pm. You will have to pay fine if you are caught.
• No smoking inside the home. A fee of $150 will be charged to you in order to purify the air and get rid of the smoke smell. Smoking is allowed outside away from open windows and doors.
• This house has a camera monitoring activity outside the front door. There are no other cameras active or recording.
• By booking the cabin, you understand that this house is in the mountains. We occasionally will have insects find their way into the house, which is beyond our control. That could include, but is not limited to, spiders, ants, moths, flies, etc. We are unable to completely prevent them from getting into the house, therefore there could occasionally be some inside.
• Pets allowed. Pet fee is $150 +tax per pet
