This unit is a bit unique. It is the lower level of a house (Walkout).
The builder built a mother-in-law suite in the lower level - but sound dampening was ignored.
** You can hear footsteps and voices from above. If you are sensitive to noises, then do not book. **
Our philosophy is to be as transparent as possible. We only want happy guests.
Decent unit in great area.
The space:
You have your own private apartment with kitchen & laundry & entrance. Nothing is shared.
Also your own small backyard with fire pit and small gas BBQ. Backyard is still a bit bohemian.
It is located near Clear Spring Elementary. There is a huge preserve / park that backs up to the property. You can walk, jog or bike to your heart's content as it has miles of trails. Nature galore. You WILL see deer, turkey and other wildlife.
** This property backs up to a nature preserve. If turkey or deer bother you, then probably better to stay somewhere else : )
** This is a lower level. You will hear footsteps and people talking from above. If noise bothers you, then this is not a place for you.
** This is the walkout level. It is currently accessed through outside stairs. They are a bit steep (see pics). This unit, unfortunately, is not suited for people with physical limitations.
** Again, we try to be as clear as possible about units (the good and the less than perfect). **
Two parking spots on side of upper level. You then walk down some stairs to the lower level unit.
You can also park on the street.
Upper level is also a short term stay unit.
