We have two houses on our property that have been completely renovated. We offer WIFI, laundry, a full kitchen in both homes and private bathrooms for each bedroom. We have several large gathering spaces within the homes to make treasured memories in. We offer plenty of parking and a beautiful front porch. Our property is steps away from the Charlie Major Trail with a sweet playground and a walking path along the Skaneateles Creek that bring you right to The Last Shot and Skaneateles Brewery.
The space
Welcome to The Hive. We are the recently renovated Mottville Library in Skaneateles, NY. Our mission is was to keep the historic vibe of this home and at the same time create a clean, comfortable, bright, and homey environment. We have lovingly created a space that we don't want to leave. Our second house on property bungalow/cottage, it's our hidden gem. This cottage has a private entrance. When you walk in you are greeted with a one of a kind gentle spiral staircase. Downstairs has an open floor plan and a living area with a kitchen with a cozy fireplace. We hope you enjoy this charming space.
