The Living room and Dining room are spacious and open with large windows showing the city and mountain views and sunsets. The 11-foot long granite dining table sits 10-12 comfortably. The eat-in Kitchen has plenty of granite counter workspace and quality stainless steel fixtures, including a Bosch dishwasher and oven range.
The Master Suite has a pillow top queen bed, large smart TV, walk-in glass tile rain shower, twin sinks, and separate soaking tub. It connects to the Study as well as has French doors directly to the garden. The Study/5th BR has a large smart TV, work desk, queen sleeper sofa, and a full bath with tub and shower.
The other 2 bedrooms on the main floor are isolated and share a full bath. One has two twin beds (perfect for kids or singles) and the other has a queen bed and TV and cable. The oversized Guest Suite has a queen bed, TV, Wifi, sitting area, and a full bath. The house includes a massage room (which was once the bomb shelter!), a separate billiards room, and full laundry.
