Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, and recently renovated space. Driftless Pines was completely updated (including a brand new hot tub) with one thing in mind, to create an amazing cabin experience with all the proper luxuries & amenities our guests could want or need.
Spend a day on the breathtaking Wisconsin River (just down the road), visit a local favorite in Vickie's Cafe or partake in a wine tasting session at the gorgeous & scenic nearby Wild Hills Winery.
The space
Dritless Pines cabin is situated among the pines just a few hundred yards from one of the most beautiful stretches of the Wisconsin River, in the town of Muscoda. Driftless Pines is a single story cabin with two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Attached to the back of the house, is a wonderful large screened in porch that overlooks the hot tub, fire pit, and beautiful pine trees.
There's nothing cookie cutter about this place! Park yourself next to the wood burning stove for that morning coffee or that nighttime drink of your choice, or better yet, settle in for the day and feel the stress fall off your shoulders. We'll have plenty of firewood for you, ready to burn. After your day of outdoor adventures, take a dip in the hot tub and let those jets work the muscles, before you settle into bed for the night, or before you kick back around the outdoor fire pit and listen to the crackle of the burning wood.
Guest access
Once your reservation has been confirmed. You'll receive a message, including your own private code to access the cabin for your stay. You'll also have the choice of downloading the August app, to automatically lock/unlock for the duration of your stay. This is your own/private code, and automatically expires after your stay.
Other things to note
The Driftless area landscape is characterized by deeply carved river valleys, steep hills, and vast forested ridges. The Driftless, also known for it's famous trout fishing, with over 600 spring-fed cold water trout streams is every angler's dream. You'll drive through some of the prettiest roads Wisconsin has to offer, but before you head over, we highly suggest you visit our "Guidebook" for our local suggestions, including some great stops to make along the way.
