3 Bedroom House in Kailua

This beautiful, spacious Kailua home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can sleep up to 6. Two bedrooms have a King bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. There is also an attached 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that rents separately from the main house. This apartment shares nothing except the driveway with the main house, so the apartment and main house are private from each other.
The house has quiet split AC, flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and a large living/dining area with a full, well equipped kitchen. All the bathrooms have walk-in showers. There's cool white tile throughout the house, a washer and dryer in the garage, and parking for at least 2 cars with the main house, and additional parking for the apt.
Looking for a heated pool big enough for the family? We've got one, and it has a deep and shallow end, 2 waterfall features, gorgeous night lighting, and tables and chairs and loungers around it for outdoor relaxing. There's also an additional covered lanai with a table and chairs overlooking the huge, grassy yard for more outdoor relaxing. (Please note, if you want the pool heated there an additional charge of $20/day.)
With beautiful Kailua Beach around 700 yards away, you can easily walk there in approximately 5-7 minutes. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a cooler for fun at the beach, and we have an outdoor shower to rinse off extra salt and sand when you get home.
If you want to explore the island, this is a very convenient, central location to do it from. Waikiki, Ala Moana shopping center, Pearl Harbor, the swap meet, and Honolulu are all about 25 minutes away to the South. The North Shore is about 45 minutes away, and Ko'Olina and the West side are also about 45 minutes away. Or, if you want to check out the beaches closer to home on the East side, they're all just a short drive. Lanikai Beach is less than 10 minutes away, Waimanalo Beach is about 15-20 minutes away, and of course, Kailua Beach is just a few minutes walk.
Situated down a long drive on a quiet side street, the house is private and peaceful. Landscaped with lush tropical plants and flowers, and a huge grassy lawn, this is a place you can truly relax and unwind, and really experience the laid back local lifestyle.

Please note, this property is not suitable for groups looking to party at the house. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and the neighbors are not on vacation. We do not accept arrivals after 9pm. We are also unable to accommodate infants (aged 3 years and under) and can host a maximum of 3 children.
