This charming Colonial home in downtown Wakefield has lots of windows, skylights, and gleaming hardwoods. The first floor features a large living room/den that runs from front to back with an adjacent sunporch that could be used as a playroom, office or reading nook. The kitchen is open to the dining room, and there is also a half bathroom on the first level. The second floor has large bedrooms and good sized closets. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second level. There is also a crib on site. The full basement offers storage space as well as a washer/dryer. Pets considered with additional deposit.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
