This property has it all! It is located on the Templeton Bayou, right off the Wolf River and minutes from Partridge Lake. Great fishing all year round with Bass, Northern, Perch, and Croppies right off the dock that is located on the property. There is room for a fishing boat or two to tie to the dock, with a launch less than a mile down the road.
Winter friendly, great ice fishing right out the back as well as snowmobiling. For winter rental you need to park at the top of the driveway and walk down. The driveway is steep.
Just 15 minutes away, there is a family friendly beach in Fremont. Within walking distance of the beach there are a handful of great restaurants, and even the occasional water-ski show!
It is 40 minutes from Oshkosh, where the EAA, Country USA, and Rock USA are held. It is also 20 minutes from Waupaca and the Iola Car Show.
