This is one of the nicest places you will see available. It's a brand new build, conceived and built by the owner and a local craftsman. An open floor plan with a private queen bedroom, and a loft with twin beds. (sorry, no small children in the loft. The steps are quite steep!) Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom with bidet! Washer and dryer too. Front deck overlooking the lake and drawbridge. Rear deck with bbq grill and table, to escape the hot afternoon sun on the front deck!
Awesome northern feel and look. Just like the downstairs, Marina View Apartment at Waterscape, only much bigger. Please be aware that the downstairs apartment may be rented simultaneously with your rental. The two areas are very private, and separate. Only the parking , and lawn areas are shared.
Islands only management is available during regular business hours, as well as evenings and weekends.
Waterscape is right by, but not directly on, our beloved Lake Champlain. Ladds Marina is right in front of the house. Lots of boat traffic and goings on at the marina. And one of the last functioning draw bridges in the Northeast is right there, undergoing a complete rebuild to last another 100 years!

1. This is definitely a NO PETS location. If a neighbor or contractor indicates there is a pet on the premises, you will be asked to leave , no refund.
2. Living area gas fired woodstove! Flip down the front panel under the front glass. There's a rocker switch, just switch to on and wait a few seconds.
Ages 24 and over please. Really. No smoking or vaping. No Pets. Let's try to keep this new place like new!
