➝ This is a non-party home. Exceeding the 8-guest limit without prior approval from the host will result in a $500 fine and a report for unauthorized guests.
➝ No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for violations.
➝ Please ensure your booking accurately reflects the number of guests staying. Discrepancies between the booked number and actual guests (e.g booking for 4 but having 6 guests) will result in a $250 fine. We value honesty and respect within the community.
➝ This is a pet-free home. Pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet will incur a $250 deep cleaning fee, as the owner and other guests have severe allergies.
➝ Service animals are welcome if they are required due to a disability and are trained to perform specific tasks. If you plan to travel with a service animal, we kindly ask that you notify us in your initial booking message.
➝ Emotional support animals are not permitted.
