The space
- This suite features 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large open floor plan living room with a full sized futon bed with kapok mattress (it only set up for booking with 3 or more 2 guests).
-Full kitchen with cookware and basic amenities
-The large common area is fitted with high-speed internet, a smart TV and plenty of space for working, dining and relaxation!
- Quick and easy access - No stairs and steps; flat and leveled ground
- Private entrance and a lovely backyard in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Guests have the patio with chairs and their side of the backyard.
- This is the lower level of the home. We do live upstairs and are available to help you with anything. You may have as much or no interactions with us as you wish.
- We do live upstairs and have a small dog. You may occasionally hear footsteps and barking- we try our best to keep noise to a minimum. Please let us know if you have any noise concerns!
- The house has a centralized heating system. We provide a fan and heater for your personal preferences. Feel free to let us know if you would like the temperature adjusted!

We have a self check in system that is simple and fast! On the day of check in we will provide a code that you can use to enter the suite via the private entrance.
