Summary: The front desk closes at 5pm and we were there before that. And then you have to use a kiosk in the lobby to complete check in. Tje room itself is nice, with exception of the heat. The heat was at 59 degrees and took forever to get warm. We were instructed to turn heat fan on low, and wait 15-20 min for it to get warm as well as there was a supposed motion sensor. It took over an hour to move from 59 to 64 Ridiculous. It’s 16 degrees outside.
