There is no air conditioning. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, and lake breezes through open windows is ususally all one needs in the summertime.
Guest Access:
There is no smoking and no pets allowed on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited.
The Neighborhood:
Only a short drive to Petoskey, where you will find world class restaurants, art galleries, and many fabulous local shops.
We have a dock for your use which is also shared by another cabin on the property which is owned by the same family. Plenty of space and very friendly atmosphere!

COVID Policy: If you need to cancel because of Covid we will need both a positive test and proof of full vaccination. We may be able to refund the portion of the reservation we are able to rebook if you cancel immediately. If you cannot provide a positive test result AND proof of full vaccination, our cancellation policy will stand as agreed at your time of booking.
There is a 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
