This cozy unit is part of a duplex rented exclusively with Airbnb. Bathroom and kitchen are remodeled and we are located just minutes from downtown, the freeway, and the airport! We are also located next to the train tracks so there is a potential for noise during stay. We hope to host you soon!

$500 fee for smoking inside, drug use, or drug paraphernalia left behind resulting in cleanup. No pets allowed without an additional pet fee on a case by case scenario.(This fee can vary slightly per unit but will not be the same as the charge for just bringing the pet) Message me directly to figure out fee so I can work with you please! DO NOT bring a pet even if it is an ESA and not tell me under any circumstances. If you do have a pet we do not discuss coming and approve prior to your stay there will be a $500 fee.
