Summary: The house is older and needs way more updates than the owner can keep up with. If you don't mind the bathroom mold in the showers with an attempt to cover it up, go for it. The dead bat, hair in the shower and bugs on a bed sent some of our renters to a hotel on the first night. That should tell you enough.
