Guests must be 23 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation. Please note that a Pet Fee of $250 will apply per stay. 2 pet maximum are allowed. We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy.After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company before arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.For parking, you can fit 2-3 vehicles in the garage and 4-5 in the driveway. Just a heads up, since we're within city limits, parking on the street is STRICTLY prohibited from 2 am - 5 am. Also, please be careful not to block access to our neighbor's houses or the cul-de-sac.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
