Situated above the Lakeland public beach, renters can make the easy hike down the path, below the apartment, to enjoy the river. Two kayaks are available for your use. A large shared deck invites you to relax outside. Eagle sightings are common at all times of the years and in the spring you’ll love the chorus from the many tree frogs that inhabit the area. Use the gas grill for a riverside BBQ or relax around the fire pit! This property is on the second floor and access is via an outside set of stairs.
