Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard, pool and deck, and on-site parking. Check-in is simple and contactless with a smart keypad lock. The person making the reservation must be present during the entire visit. All overnight guests must be registered, and we will request full names and ages of all guests via the messaging system before check-in. If there are more guests than registered a $50/guest/night fee will be assessed. The neighborhood is residential and family-friendly, and the home backs up to open community space for a more private, peaceful backyard experience. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with an above-ground pool and deck and a fully fenced yard, great for families and pets (The above-ground pool is available for guest use, however it is not heated. There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool area. For those not potty trained a swim diaper must be worn at all times while in the pool. For safety, no glass is allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.
