It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (ballfields and Tanger Outlet Mall), and 8 miles from Batesville (Wal-Mart). Our home accommodates 13 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms (6 queen beds and 1 Twin Bed total), 3 full baths, and a 2 level deck - one covered and one open. Gas grill located on deck for easy access from kitchen. Large yard with front circle drive. Plenty space for boat parking in the wooded/shaded yard. Deer and Turkey have been seen regularly in the yard.
