Private office upstairs for those who have do a little work. Separate laundry room. Fresh water pond views off back deck and watch the swans in the pond while having your morning coffee. Great day trips to Watch Hill, RI (11 miles), Mystic Seaport, CT (17 miles), Block Island Ferry (15 miles), Foxwoods Casino, CT (21 miles), Newport, RI (30 miles), Providence, RI (41 miles). Drive locally to Narragansett or Misquamicut to take in a movie, mini golf, go-carts, water park, and/or fine dining. Watch the fishing and lobster boats come into Point Judith docks and take lobsters home to cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Two and half baths with an outdoor shower.
