Welcome to the Tucker Inn Southcoast -- a newly constructed, 5 BR, 4+ Bath rental oasis sited on acres and acres of reserve land in coastal/rural Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Property features a huge patio/yard with outdoor kitchen, fire pit, seating walls and dining area. Completed in August of 2021, this historic setting is the perfect spot to have a great ENTIRE family getaway. The Inn stared out as a tiny 1938 dairy farmstead that was completely renovated and tripled in size! The end result is a beautiful 2750 square foot, comfortable, spacious, awesome, year round rental property that is ALL for your enjoyment! Read the reviews.....guests say it best!!
While the Inn is very new, very old and a rather unique, cool design....the Out is spectacular. Bring up 1128 Tucker Road Dartmouth, MA on EARTH app (satellite). The property is part of the original land purchased from the Mayflower settlers in c. 1669! Encompassing about 3,000 acres at it's height, the Inn & Out abuts Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT) meadows, fields, stonewalls, rivers, woods making the backyard! Read the reviews....you will feel "away from it all"....BUT out the front door you are literally minutes to Dunkin, beaches, fishing, boating, golf, shopping and dining on freshest seafood ever. THE INN
2750 sq. ft., 5 BR, 4+ Bath
- The Inn was new construction and a new purchase in 2021. What started as a tiny 1938 farmhouse ended up as a 2750 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house that is very comfortable and rather unique. This is not the Budgetel! High-end everything. Kind of a D.I.Y., real nice Inn or B&B resort!
BEDROOMS
- Sleeps 12/MAX:14 adult family members in 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Also airbeds, recliner, chaise and couches for larger families.
- The 2nd floor Master is a big room, almost 400 sq. ft. There is a king size bed on the rear with two twins on the frontside and a full size sleep sofa in the middle. Perfect for families with younger children who want shared space and privacy. Sleep 6+ in one room with private full bath.
- 2nd Floor Rear Queen has a queen size storage bed with a seating area including a Swedish stress-less leather chair and ottoman, 50 " HDTV, desk/chair/mirror and USB charging ports bedside
- 2nd Floor Front Queen is identical across the hall..... a queen size storage bed with a seating area including a Swedish stress-less leather chair and ottoman, 50 " HDTV, desk/chair/mirror and USB charging ports bedsides
- 1st Floor Rear has a queen size storage bed with a 43" HDTV, French Doors and armoire closet.
- 1st Floor Front is Flex Room/5th BR. Usually configured as a sitting room with sleep sofa, this Flex Room can be configured as bedroom/office, bedroom/sitting area or remain as a sitting area with sleep sofa.
NOTE:
Additional sleeping options can be deployed for larger families i.e. airbeds, sectional sofa with power recliner and chaise ends.
BATHROOMS
- 4 bathrooms (3 full/1 half) plus an outdoor shower
- Maytag washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener provided
- The kitchen is provisioned with Cuisinart appliances
- Olive oil and spices. Gas cooking.
- The kitchen island features 3 swivel bar stools and a built-in wine refrigerator
- The dining area includes a beautiful table with 10 matching chairs. The table expands to 11 feet with extra seating space for the whole family.
THE OUT
- Behind the Inn and barn are thousands of acres of pastures, meadows, fields, woods, streams and stonewalls (c. 1669).
- Large terrace with outdoor kitchen, wood fire pit with seating walls, chat and dining area and sun loungers. (Heavenly)

- Traditional farmhouse porch on front with seating to watch the action (fun to have your coffee as you watch everyone go to work!)
