Perfect if you need both to accommodate more guests, highly recommended! (The only area you are allowed to use on the roof is the pathway between the stairs and the door.) Walking distance to over 100 shops, over 30 amazing places to eat (some are award winning!), bike trails, bike and kayak rentals, footpaths, trails, hidden gems, and so much more, the list is endless!!! No parties or events are allowed anywhere on the property, per our city ordinance.

There's also no smoking of any kind allowed. The building, built in 1888, has gorgeous stone and brick walls, originally a warehouse, hard wood floors, renovated to 3 lofts in the late 80's early 90's, tons of character, perfect for vacation stays!
