Guests have access to the entire property. Including a one car secured garage located in the back yard accessed by a public alleyway.
Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.
The Neighborhood:
Traditional Neighborhood on a semi-quite street. The most traffic you will see if people walking their dogs. Seems to be a very common sight in this area.

Private one car secured garage located in the rear of the home. Plus, street parking out front, usually never have an issue grabbing a few extra spots directly in front of the house to park.
