The Patio has plenty of seating areas and includes a Gas Grill for guests to use. With a private Boat Slip just pull up to the back deck after a day on the water.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal (or that catch of the day!) and also includes a Dual Regular Drip/Keurig Coffee maker (we provide a starter amount of ground coffee, creamer and sugar), Stainless Steel Appliances, Utensils, Cookware, Microwave, Toaster, etc.
The Master Bedroom off the Kitchen has a King bed and private Bathroom with a tub/shower combo and separate Sink area.
The 2nd Bedroom upstairs has 2 Queen beds and a private patio with beautiful views of the Canal.
The 3rd Bedroom upstairs has a Full size bed.
The Hall Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, double sinks and walk in closet.
We also provide several items for the Beach for your convenience -Towels, Beach Toys, Wagon and 1 Beach Umbrella.
Blue Pearl is located at Bay House Condos in Key Allegro which offers three gated Swimming Pools and a Tennis Court for guests to use! There are also 5 fish cleaning stations located along the canals and 24 Hour Boat parking.
The home is a few minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton areas along with Rockport's Cove Harbor Marina and the Aransas Pass Conn Brown Marina - both with boat launches and bait stands.
