If you are visiting at harvest time, you'll find plenty of apple trees, pear trees, and grape vines that you are free to enjoy, as you relax in one of the two outdoor patios under the shade of the many indigenous trees.
The gated property is completely fenced and set back from the road with plenty of space for parking, (including space for an RV). The backyard is spacious with grapevines, apple trees, a covered patio, and a private pickleball court.
