We are located on Grundegut Bay closest to the State Park Dodge Park no.4. Cass Lake is the largest inland all sports lake in SE Michigan 1280 acres. We can arrange a pontoon boat rental delivered and picked up for you. For larger groups, rent both lakefront houses, Sunset Cottage is lakefront right next door VRBO.com/ 183706. Rent both for a further discount. Both lakefront homes have separate swim docks and bonfire pits near the boardwalk. There is docking for two pontoon boats at each house. You can fish right off the 240’ boardwalk or swim off the swim dock. WiFi A/C throughout the house and Smart HDTVs in all living rooms and bedrooms.
There is a large two-level trex deck with three umbrella tables and cushioned seating for 20 great for entertaining friends and family. Plenty of space for lawn games that include bean bag toss and bocce.
Fishing tournaments favor this bay. Catch fish right off the boardwalk and we also have some fishing poles to use. Swim off the swim dock equipped with ladder or grab a noodle float and play in the water right in front of the house. Have a bonfire in the evening and toast some marshmallows.
The Lake House is the perfect house for entertaining family and friends. There is a fully appointed kitchen with table and chairs and a separate Dining Room that overlooks the double trex deck with three umbrella tables that seat 20. There are two King Bedrooms and a Queen Suite that can be converted to a third Bedroom with shower if requested. King Bedroom has an additional rollaway twin bed and near the bathroom. The Lakefront Maui King is equipped with a desk and mirrored closet with the doorwall leading to the deck. One of the Living Rooms has a fireplace the the other is waterfront and both have Smart HDTVs. There is another bathroom with a bathtub and grab bars. Both bathrooms are equipped with comfort-level toilets.

The Lake House has more options: There are two king bedrooms and depending if you’d rather have an additional waterfront living room with another fireplace living room, or if you would prefer this room made up as a Queen Suite just let us know and we will have a special memory foam mattress ready for you. The Lake House also has a small Loft that is accessible only by a ladder up the wall. A favorite space for teens. It is not considered a bedroom and limited to two people. We have a very strict no pet policy anywhere on the property or inside the houses.
